Wear comfortable clothing that lets you move freely during your stretch session. Be sure to stay hydrated, as drinking plenty of water helps keep your muscles and soft tissues ready for maximum flexibility and benefit.
MEET & GREET
When your therapist arrives, you'll fill out a personalized form to share any relevant medical history, injuries, or physical conditions. This step is essential, so plan for the therapist to arrive 15 minutes early to give yourself time to focus on you.
GET COMFORTABLE
Your Total Body Stretch session happens in a calm, private room. If needed, your stretch provider will step out to give you time to change into comfortable stretch attire.
DURING YOUR STRETCH SESSION
Following a quick warm-up, your stretch provider will guide you through the Total Body Stretch, beginning with your neck and working down to your feet.
STAY RELAXED
During the stretches, all you need to do is relax and take deep breaths. Total Body Stretch with the Streto method is designed to calm your mind, allowing your body to follow suit. Each stretch is held for at least 30 seconds, and your stretch provider will offer expert guidance to ensure your comfort throughout.
Wrapping Up
Once your session is complete, you’ll receive a Home Care Stretching sheet along with recommendations for future sessions to help maintain your progress. Keep in mind, each session builds on the last. Incorporating Total Body Stretch into your regular wellness routine can help you achieve your best self.
