At Magnificent Therapeutics, we value your time and strive to provide a relaxing and professional experience. To ensure fairness and consistency for all of our clients, please review our booking policies below.
All appointments must be reserved in advance by phone, online, or in person.
A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.
Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and preparation.
We require at least 24 hours’ notice for any cancellations or changes to your appointment.
Appointments canceled or rescheduled with less than 24 hours’ notice may be subject to a cancellation fee of up to 50% of the scheduled service.
Missed appointments ("no-shows") may be charged 100% of the service fee.
If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid inconveniencing other clients.
The full scheduled service fee will still apply.
Payment is due at the time of service.
We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods.
Gratuities are not included in the service price but are appreciated.
Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your session.
Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment; clients with serious health conditions should consult a physician before booking.
We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or poses a safety risk to staff.
Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the first appointment and written consent may be required.
Magnificent Therapeutics reserves the right to update or modify these booking policies at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and available at our location.
