At Magnificent Therapeutics, we value your time and strive to provide a relaxing and professional experience. To ensure fairness and consistency for all of our clients, please review our booking policies below.

Appointments

• All appointments must be reserved in advance by phone, online, or in person.

• A valid credit card may be required to hold your appointment.

• Please arrive 10 minutes early to allow time for consultation and preparation.

Cancellations & Rescheduling

• Cancellations made with more than 12 hours' notice: No penalty; any deposit paid will be fully credited to your next session or refunded.

• Late Cancellations (Less than 12 hours' notice): Will be subject to a fee equal to 50% of the scheduled service cost.

• No-Shows: Clients who miss their appointment without any notice will be charged 50% of the service fee.

Late Arrivals

• Your session time is reserved exclusively for you. If you are running late, please let us know as soon as possible! We will always do our best to give you your full treatment time; however, if we have a client immediately following your session, your treatment may need to be shortened to stay on schedule. The full service fee will still apply. We recommend arriving 5–10 minutes early to relax and settle in before your session begins.

Payment

• Payment is due at the time of service.

• We accept major credit/debit cards, cash, and approved digital payment methods.

• Gratuities are not included in the service price but are appreciated.

Health & Safety

• Please inform your therapist of any medical conditions, injuries, or allergies prior to your session.

• Massage therapy is not a substitute for medical treatment; clients with serious health conditions should consult a physician before booking.

• We reserve the right to refuse service if a client is under the influence of drugs, alcohol, or poses a safety risk to staff.

Minors

• Clients under the age of 18 must have a parent or guardian present at the first appointment and written consent may be required.

Policy Updates

Magnificent Therapeutics reserves the right to update or modify these booking policies at any time. Updates will be posted on our website and available at our location.
