1. Services Overview

Magnificent Therapeutics provides professional massage therapy and wellness services by licensed massage therapists.
All services are for therapeutic and relaxation purposes only and are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

You must be at least 18 years of age to book or receive services.

2. Appointments and Cancellations

• Scheduling: Appointments can be scheduled online, by phone, or in person.
  
  

• Cancellations: Please provide at least 24 hours’ notice to cancel or reschedule an appointment.
  
  

• Late Cancellations or No-Shows: Missed appointments or cancellations made less than 24 hours before your scheduled time may result in a cancellation fee as stated in our Booking Policy.
  
  

• Late Arrivals: If you arrive late, your session may be shortened to avoid impacting other clients, but full payment will still apply.
  
  

3. Payments and Refunds

• Payment: All payments are due at the time of booking or immediately following service. We accept major credit cards, debit cards, and other approved payment methods.
  
  

• Refunds: Refunds are not provided for completed services. Prepaid sessions, gift cards, and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred at our discretion.
  
  

• Gratuities: Tips are appreciated but never required.

4. Health and Safety

Clients are required to disclose any relevant health conditions prior to receiving treatment.
Massage services are not recommended for individuals with certain medical conditions, including but not limited to contagious diseases, open wounds, fever, or certain cardiovascular conditions.

Our therapists reserve the right to refuse or discontinue treatment if:

• The client presents with a medical condition that contraindicates massage, or
  
  

• The therapist feels uncomfortable, unsafe, or if professional boundaries are violated.
  
  

5. Professional Conduct

Magnificent Therapeutics maintains a zero-tolerance policy for inappropriate, disrespectful, or sexual behavior.
Any such conduct will result in immediate termination of the session, full payment due, and possible reporting to authorities.

Clients must remain properly draped throughout the session.
Therapists provide only professional, ethical services in accordance with Illinois state laws and licensing standards.

6. Gift Cards and Packages

Gift cards and service packages are valid for the time period stated at purchase.
They are non-refundable and non-redeemable for cash unless required by law.
Lost or stolen gift cards will not be replaced.

7. Mobile or In-Home Services

If mobile massage services are provided, the client must ensure that the space is safe, clean, and free of hazards.
Therapists reserve the right to leave if conditions are unsafe or inappropriate, and full session fees will still apply.

8. Disclaimer of Medical Advice

All services, materials, and information provided by Magnificent Therapeutics are for wellness and relaxation purposes only.
Nothing on this Site or provided during any service should be considered medical advice or a substitute for care by a qualified healthcare professional.

Always consult your physician or licensed medical provider regarding any medical conditions or concerns before receiving massage therapy.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on this Site—including logos, text, graphics, images, videos, and design—is the property of Magnificent Therapeutics or its licensors and is protected by copyright and trademark laws.
