At Magnificent Therapeutics, our goal is to provide every client with the highest level of care and professionalism. Please review our refund policy below:
Refunds are not available for completed services. If you are dissatisfied with your treatment, please let your therapist know during your session so adjustments can be made.
Concerns after your session should be reported within 24 hours so we can address them appropriately.
Prepaid services, gift certificates, and packages are non-refundable but may be transferred to another individual with written authorization.
If you cannot use your package due to medical reasons, credit may be issued toward future services with a doctor’s note.
Deposits made to secure appointments are non-refundable.
Deposits may be credited toward a rescheduled appointment if at least 24 hours’ notice is given.
Unopened retail products may be returned within 7 days of purchase for store credit.
Opened or used products are non-refundable due to health and safety regulations.
Clients who fail to show up for their scheduled appointment or cancel within 24 hours may forfeit any deposits or prepaid services.
Magnificent Therapeutics reserves the right to update or modify this refund policy at any time. The most current version will be posted in our office and on our website.
