Magnificent Therapeutics utilizes the Universal Service Provider Compliance Program, an automated third-party system that monitors service providers’ compliance with the brand’s safety standards in real time. This system ensures compliance in key areas such as:
- Background Checks
- License Verifications
- Required Training Completion through Magnificent Therapeutics University

Support
Our policies emphasize treating victims with the utmost compassion and care. For example, when a complaint involving inappropriate conduct is received, we provide a brochure with essential information, including contact details for local law enforcement, the relevant licensing or certification board, a sexual assault hotline, and our direct contact information.
Magnificent Therapeutics' Commitment to Safety
Magnificent Therapeutics takes a compassionate, victim-centered approach to addressing concerns, ensuring sensitivity to the needs of those affected.
Key Highlights
- We are committed to treating victims with sensitivity, particularly when they report incidents of misconduct.
- Anyone making a complaint involving inappropriate conduct is provided with a resource brochure developed by Magnificent Therapeutics. This brochure includes contact information for local law enforcement, the relevant licensing board, and our direct contact information. It also features details for the National Sexual Assault Hotline, offering an anonymous connection to a local sexual assault service provider trained to support victims.
- A private room is made available to the victim, ensuring they have a safe space to decide if they wish to contact authorities or anyone else in private.
- Following guidance from leading sexual assault experts, we respect the victim's privacy and their right to choose whether to report the incident to law enforcement, the state board, or other parties.
This victim-centered approach considers the impact of trauma, empowering individuals to make decisions that support their emotional healing and well-being.
Investigation
To ensure timely and thorough investigations of allegations, we engage a third-party investigator who uses trained, licensed, and trauma-informed professionals. Upon receiving a report of inappropriate conduct, the service provider will be immediately removed from the schedule. If an offense is confirmed, the therapist will be terminated and marked as ineligible for rehire at any Magnificent Therapeutics location.
